WTA Encourages FCC to Remove Barriers to Broadband Deployment

In comments filed today, WTA encouraged the FCC to advance proposals to reduce hurdles and delays to wireline deployment caused by burdensome state and local government permitting or right-of-way requirements, excessive fees, or unwarranted in-kind contribution demands.
