WTA Recommends FCC Fully Fund Companies Selecting A-CAM

Yesterday, WTA filed a letter with the FCC in response to the Commission’s Public Notice soliciting ideas for addressing the over subscription of the Alternative Connect America Model (A-CAM). WTA recommends fully funding ACAM at the $200 per location benchmark as well as fully funding the existing and new RoR Path support mechanisms. If the Commission is unable to fully fund ACAM, WTA recommends reducing the per location funding cap to $175 and modify the associated build-out obligations accordingly.
