WTA Joins CCA and RWA in Supporting Ensuring Reasonable Costs are Reimbursable Under Rip and Replace
On June 17, WTA joined CCA and RWA in responding to a Public Notice seeking comment on the reimbursement of certain costs incurred during the close-out phase of the Rip and Replace Program. Specifically, the associations believe that reasonable, documented costs incurred during the 120-day post-Removal, Replacement, and Disposal Term close-out period – including project management, compliance, and audit-preparation costs – remain eligible for reimbursement under the Program.
