WTA Files in Support of TDS Waiver Petitions

On October 21, WTA filed comments with the FCC in support of the Petition for Temporary Waiver of TDS Telecommunications LLC. TDS had sought a waiver of certain reporting deadlines in Section 54.316 of the Commission’s Rules and the HUBB Reporting Public Notice and to move its ACAM build-out milestones in California due to complications due to COVID-19.
