ILEC Industry Tells Congress to Support Rural Broadband

On February 27, WTA, NTCA, USTelecom and ITTA sent a letter to the leadership of the Senate Commerce Committee and House Energy and Commerce Committee asking them to ensure that broadband networks in rural areas are supported in any national infrastructure legislation considered this year. Attached to the letter was a set of principles that should guide any legislative proposal.
