WTA Responds to FCC NPRM on Reducing Outdated Regulatory Burdens

Today, WTA responded to an FCC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would remove anachronistic, unnecessary, and counterproductive regulations that are based in an era when incumbent local exchange carriers dominated the communications marketplace. Enacting the proposed reforms would reduce compliance costs that could then be directed to network upgrades and fiber deployments.
