WTA Foundation and FRED to Host Joint Fundraiser in September

Western Telecommunications Alliance (WTA) Foundation, Inc. and the Foundation for Rural Education and Development (FRED) will host a charity auction on Monday, September 30, 2013, in conjunction with the WTA Fall Meeting in San Francisco, California. This is the first joint event for the two foundations, which have a goal of raising $20,000 for scholarships.  Read more…
