WTA Files Comments to Reduce Regulatory Burdens

Today, in response to an inquiry from the FCC about eliminating outdated and unnecessary rules and regulations, WTA filed comments recommending the elimination of particular duplicative or redundant portions of Form 481, the elimination of the “parent-trap” rule, the reduction of Form 477 filings to annual events, and the modification of the regulation requiring annual state certification of USF recipients.
