WTA Congratulates Ed Buchanan’s Election to Chair NECA Board

WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 14, 2015) – WTA-Advocates for Rural Broadband congratulates Ed Buchanan of Interstate Communications located in Truro, Iowa on his election as Chairman of the Board of the National Exchange Carrier Association.

In addition, WTA applauds the selection of Raymond Henagan of Rock Port Telephone in Rock Port, Missouri to be the NECA board’s vice-chair.

“We’re pleased to hear that Ed and Raymond were chosen to serve in these capacities by their peers,” said Kelly Worthington, WTA’s Executive Vice President. “They’ve both been leaders in the industry for decades and will serve NECA well.”
