Rural Groups File in Support of Extension of Separations Freeze

Today, WTA, NECA, NTCA, OPASTCO and ERTA submitted a filing to the FCC supporting an extension of the separations freeze for one year following the adoption of comprehensive ICC and USF reform rules.
