Rural Associations Meet with FCC to Discuss QRA, CAF, Standalone BBD

On September 10, representatives from NECA, WTA, NTCA, TDS and Vantage Point Solutions met with FCC staff to discuss an alternative to the quantile regression analysis, allowing RLECs to receive support for standalone broadband and issues that require resolution before RLECs can evaluate possible voluntary paths to avail themselves of alternative model-based universal service support.
