NECA, WTA, NTCA Meet With FCC to Discuss IntraMTA Dispute

On January 11, representatives from WTA, NECA and NTCA met with staff from the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau to discuss whether interexchange carriers are eligible to invoke the IntraMTA rule and whether certain interexchange carriers have satisfied the requirements for properly effectuating the intraMTA rule.
