WTA Proposal to Certify Unsubsidized Competitors for USF

Today, WTA sent a letter to the FCC following up on a meeting last month in which the Wireline Competition Bureau asked WTA to propose a method by which entities could prove that they are a bona fide “unsubsidized competitor” that can deprive a RLEC of USF support in one or more specified census blocks.
