WTA Files Reply Comments in FCC’s 706 Inquiry

Today, WTA filed reply comments in the FCC’s 706 inquiry reiterating its support expressed in its initial comments for long-term speed goals and superiority of fiber broadband compared to low-earth orbiting satellite service. WTA also pushed back against commenters who suggested that setting higher, long-term speed goals is unrealistic and a violation of technological neutrality. In addition, WTA refuted claims by SpaceX about the capabilities of Starlink LEO satellite service.
