WTA, Rural Allies, meet with Commissioner Pai’s Office On Rural Call Completion

On January 25th, representatives from WTA, NECA, NTCA, and OPASTCO met with staff from FCC Commissioner Pai’s office to discuss ongoing problems with rural call completion.  The associations urged the FCC to take action and that “such action should come in the form of an order mandating data collection now (in lieu of a notice of proposed rulemaking) that is then paired with swift and effective enforcement action.”
