WTA Files Comments on TDM to IP Transition

On January 28th, WTA filed comments with the FCC on the ongoing evolution of the public network from a TDM-based platform to an Internet Protocol-based infrastructure.  This was in response to the FCC’s request for comments on two petitions, one filed by NTCA and another filed by AT&T.
