Rural Groups Tell USDA Sec. Vilsack NBP Jeopardizes Infrastructure Investment and Repayment of RUS Loans
Today, WTA, OPASCTO and NTCA sent a letter to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack expressing concerns of the rural telecommunications industry about proposals contained in the FCC’s National Broadband Plan that would make it difficult to repay Rural Utilities Service loans.
