Today, NECA, NTCA, WTA, OPASTCO and ERTA filed comments urging the FCC to deny Sprint’s petition for a declaratory ruling on several issues pertaining to the applicability of tariffed access rates to VoIP-originated calls prior to December 29, 2011.
