Rural Associations Send Letter to FCC with Recommended Reforms to Regression Caps

On March 6th, WTA and NTCA sent a letter to the FCC stating “significant concerns remain with respect to the caps even in the wake of the Sixth Reconsideration Order,” along with a list of “lingering ‘technical and mechanical concerns’ with respect to the regression analysis that will inform and provide useful input for further discussions with respect to the caps and underlying models.”
