OPASTCO, WTA and NTCA File Comments on “Section 706” Notice of Inquiry

On September 6, 2011, OPASTCO, WTA and NTCA submitted comments to the FCC in response to its Notice of Inquiry into broadband deployment required by Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act.
