WTA’S Educational Planning Committee Seeks Session Topics and Speakers for the WTA Fall Educational Forum.
WTA’s Educational Planning Committee invites you to share your knowledge and expertise with the attendees at the Fall Educational Forum, October 4-7, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma, Santa Rosa, CA . WTA has always offered a remarkable lineup of education and networking opportunities targeting the needs and concerns of the WTA membership.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
The deadline for submitting session proposals for the Fall Educational Forum is June 1, 2026. All proposals must be submitted through the 2026 Fall Educational Session Submission Link. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. A separate proposal must be submitted for each proposed session.
By submitting a proposal, you acknowledge and agree to all WTA policies. This includes a mandatory requirement that all speakers and panelists must pay full conference registration fees. No exceptions, discounts, or waivers will be granted under any circumstances. Submission of a proposal constitutes acceptance of this requirement.
Fall Registration Information
- WTA Broadband Member Full Registration:
$1,095 by July 31 / $1,195 after July 31 / $1,295 at-the-door
• Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions and social events (does not include golf).
- Associate Members Sponsoring Registration:
$1,095 by July 31 / $1,195 after July 31 / $1,295 at-the-door

- WTA Golf Tournament – Sunday, October 5, 2025:
$175 per player by July 31 / $200 after July 31
Includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, tournament fees, sales tax and box lunch. Beverage carts will circulate during the tournament. The conference full/social registration fee is required in addition to your golf fee to participate in the tournament. Golf Club Rentals: Rental club information will be available soon.
Cancellation Policy and Liability
WTA will refund 50% of registration fees (golf, club rentals and sponsorships will not receive any refund) if written notice of cancellation (taylor@w-t-a.org) is received on or before August 21, 2026 (phone call cancellations will not be accepted). No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after July 31, 2026
It is mutually agreed that WTA is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property, or personal injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage or injury are expressly waived by the attendee or exhibitor.

Nestled among rolling fairways and scenic landscapes, Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club offers a premier private club experience for WTA’s Fall Golf Tournament. Known for its beautifully maintained 18-hole championship course and welcoming atmosphere, Santa Rosa provides a rewarding and enjoyable round for golfers of all skill levels.
The course features strategically placed bunkers, water hazards, and tree-lined fairways that offer both challenge and playability. With multiple tee options, players can select the yardage best suited to their game, ensuring a competitive yet fun tournament experience. The layout rewards accuracy while still allowing opportunities for aggressive play, making for an exciting day on the course.
Participants will enjoy excellent course conditions, professional tournament services, and a memorable afternoon of networking and camaraderie. Use of golf carts may be restricted to cart paths only.
Cost Per Player:
$175 per player by July 31 / $200 per player after July 31
Includes greens fee, cart, range balls, tournament services, and box lunch. Beverage carts will circulate during play. A full or social conference registration is required in addition to the golf fee. Golf club rentals are handled directly by the course.
Teams:
» Pairing requests will not be accepted.
» All member and associate member golfers will be evenly distributed across teams.
» Spouses will be paired together.
A minimum of 62 golfers is required for a shotgun start. Check with the WTA Registration Desk prior to the tournament to confirm rules, teams, and tee times. Proper golf attire is required, including on the practice facilities.
Club Rentals:
Rental details and pricing will be provided by the club. Additional information will be shared prior to the tournament.

Fall Educational Forum Attire
To ensure everyone is comfortable and appropriately dressed for the occasion, we recommend Resort Casual attire throughout the event. Please also bring a jacket or sweater, as maintaining a comfortable temperature for everyone in the meeting rooms can be challenging.
RUS MEETINGS AVAILABLE
Private meetings with RUS representatives from Washington, DC may be scheduled on Monday and Tuesday. WTA invites you to take advantage of these one-on-one meetings.
