WTA’s Educational Planning Committee Seeks Session Topics and Speakers for 2025 Educational Forums

WTA’s Educational Planning Committee invites you to share your knowledge and expertise with the attendees at the 2025 WTA Spring (April 13-16, 2025, Miramar Beach, FL) & Fall Educational Forum (October 5-8, 2025, Kauai, HI). WTA has always offered a remarkable lineup of education and networking opportunities targeting the needs and concerns of the WTA membership.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
The deadline for submitting session proposals for the Spring Educational Forum is December 31, 2024 and the Fall Educational Forum is April 30, 2025. All proposals must be submitted through the 2025 EDUCATIONAL SESSION SUBMISSION [link here]. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. A separate proposal must be submitted for each proposed session.

WTA Fall Forum Registration & Payment

This is for submitting registration information electronically only, not online payment. Once you receive your confirmation registration email, please print and mail payment and registration to WTA within 7 days to avoid increased registration fees.

WTA’s 2025 Fall Educational Forum Registration will be available at a later date. Stay tuned!

Fall Registration Information

  • WTA Broadband Member Full Registration:
    $995 by August 6th / $1,095 after August 6th / $1,195 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions and social events (does not include golf).
  • Associate Members Sponsoring Registration:
    $995 by August 6th / $1,095 after August 6th / $1,195 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions and social events (does not include golf). Sponsoring Registration is available to Emerald, Coral, Turquoise, and Fall A la Carte Sponsors only.
  • Associate Members NON-Sponsoring Registration:
    $1,095 by August 6th / $1,195 after August 6th / $1,295 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions and social events (does not include golf).
  • Not a WTA Broadband Member Full Registration:
    $1,595 by August 6th / $1,695 after August 6th / $1,795 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions and social events (does not include golf).
  • Not a WTA Associate Member Registration:
    $2,095 by August 6th / $2,195 after August 6th
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions, and receptions (does not include golf).

    $350 by August 6th / $375 after August 6th / $400 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance to all Receptions, Beach Party and Breaks (does not include golf). Single event tickets are not available for purchase.  Contact Taylor for registration pricing for children under 3.
  • WTA Golf Tournament – Sunday, October 5th, 2025
    $350 by August 6th / $400 after August 6th / $425 at-the-door (if space available)
    • Includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, tournament fees, sales tax, and box lunch. Beverage carts will circulate during the tournament. The conference full/social registration fee is required in addition to your golf fee to participate in the tournament.
  • Golf Club Rentals:
    The price for golf club rentals will be announced when registration is available.
    • Rental clubs must be paid along with registration and golf fees.

Cancellation Policy and Liability

WTA will refund 50% of registration fees (golf, club rentals and sponsorships will not receive any refund) if written notice of cancellation (taylor@w-t-a.org) is received on or before August 6, 2025 (phone call cancellations will not be accepted). No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after August 6, 2025.

It is mutually agreed that WTA is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property, or personal injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage or injury are expressly waived by the attendee or exhibitor.

Our WTA room block at The Royal Sonesta Kaua’i Resort is fully booked. However, the resort still has availability, and you can book a room directly outside of our block if you wish to stay there.

Waitlist for The Royal Sonesta Kaua’i Resort:
If you’d like to be added to a waitlist, please email Taylor at taylor@w-t-a.org with your arrival and departure dates, room preference (if any), and the number of people in your room. Should a room become available, WTA will reach out to you directly. Note that you’ll have 24 hours to secure the room with a credit card before it’s offered to the next person on the list.

++Room rates may be subject to additional fees and taxes at the time of check in (i.e. resort fee, state/local taxes, parking fees, additional person charge) and are based on single/double occupancy per night.

WTA’s group rates are based on single/double occupancy. Third/fourth person over the age of 17 is an additional charge of $50 + tax per day. The maximum occupancy is four (4) to a room. Resort Fee has been discounted from $40 per day to $20 per day and are not included in the group rate. Cut-off date for group reservations, based on availability is September 1, 2025.

Group room rates apply only to WTA registered attendees (full/social) and attending the WTA Fall Educational Forum. Guests not registered to attend WTA’s Fall Meeting, but appearing under the groups room block, will be subject to a rate change and removed from WTA’s room block.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/EARLY DEPARTURE:
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit and/or guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of booking.  The Hotel may add an early checkout fee of one room night and tax to the guest’s individual account for early departures. Attendees wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at least a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to avoid early departure fees. Be sure to review the Hotel’s early departure policy at the time of booking.

WTA has found the ultimate golfer’s paradise at The Ocean Course at Hōkūala and is located less than a mile The Royal Sonesta Kaua’i Resort. Golfers will admire Hawaii’s longest continuous stretch of oceanfront golf. As you play, you will wind through mango and guava groves to reveal dramatic clifftop vistas overlooking the ocean. One signature hole after another. One picture postcard after another. Here, where the ocean meets the land, is as good as a golfer’s life gets. The Ocean Course at Hōkūala has been completely renovated, making Hōkūala the premier golf resort on Kauai, Hawaii and will not disappoint.

Cost Per Player: $350 by August 6/$375 after August 6/$395 at-the-door if space is available. Includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, tournament service, box lunch. Beverage carts will circulate during the tournament. The conference full/social registration fee is required in addition to your golf fee to participate in the tournament. Golf club rentals will be handled through the golf course.

Teams: Pairing requests will not be accepted. Golf pairings will be selected as follows: All associate member and member golfers will be divided evenly among all the teams. Spouses will be paired together.

A minimum of 62 golfers will be required for a shotgun start. Be sure to check with the WTA Registration Desk prior to the Tournament to verify rules, teams and shot gun start/tee times. Proper golf attire required (including Practice Facilities) to include collared shirts and spikeless shoes.

Club Rentals: Callaway Mavrik Rental Clubs are available for $85 per set.

Fall Educational Forum Attire

To ensure everyone is comfortable and appropriately dressed for the occasion, we recommend Resort Casual attire throughout the event. Please also bring a jacket or sweater, as maintaining a comfortable temperature for everyone in the meeting rooms can be challenging.

RUS Meetings Available

Private meetings with RUS representatives from Washington, DC may be scheduled on Monday and Tuesday. WTA invites you to take advantage of these one-on-one meetings. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the RUS information on the Registration Form to schedule your meeting times.
