• SPONSORING ASSOCIATE MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE: $1,095 ($1,195 after 07/31/26 and $1,295 at-the-door)

• NON-SPONSORING ASSOCIATE MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE: $1,195 ($1,295 after 07/31/26 and $1,395 at-the-door)

• **GOLF FEE: $175 (by July 31/ $200 at-the-door if space is available) NOTE: Registration fees are required to participate in the golf tournament.
