• SPONSORING ASSOCIATE MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE: $899 ($999 after 02/28/23 and $1,099 at-the-door)

• NON-SPONSORING ASSOCIATE MEMBER REGISTRATION FEE: $1,099 ($1,199 after 02/28/23 and $1,299 at-the-door)
