Register for WTA’s Educational Forum by clicking Register & Payment below. Once you have completed the Registration process, you will have the opportunity to pay via credit card or request to be invoiced. Payment for invoices must be received within 10 days to avoid increased registration fees.

Fall Registration Information

  • Telco Member Registration:
    $899 by July 1/ after July 1 $999 / $1,099 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions, reception and Monday Night Football Tailgate Party (does not include golf).
  • Associate Members Sponsoring Registration:
    $899 by July 1 / $999 after July 1 / $1,099 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions, reception and Monday Night Football Tailgate Party (does not include golf). Associate Members who sponsor a minimum of $2,000 will receive this registration. Sponsoring registration discounts are noted on the registration form.
  • Associate Members NON-Sponsoring Registration:
    $1,099 by July 1/ $1,199 after July 1 / $1,299 at-the-door
    • Registration includes admittance into all educational sessions, reception and Monday Night Football Tailgate Party (does not include golf).
  • Not a WTA Telco Member Registration:

  • WTA Golf Tournament
    $140 by July 1 / $150 after July 1 or $160 at-the-door (if space available)
    • Includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, tournament service, box lunch. Beverage carts will circulate during the tournament. The conference full/social registration fee is required in addition to your golf fee to participate in the tournament.

Cancellation Policy and Liability

WTA will refund 50% of registration fees (golf and sponsorships will not receive any refund) if written notice of cancellation (kelly@w-t-a.org) is received on or before July 1, 2022 (phone call cancellations will not be accepted). No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after July 1, 2022.

It is mutually agreed that WTA is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen property, or personal injuries resulting from any cause. All claims for any such loss, damage or injury are expressly waived by the attendee or exhibitor.

Located in the heart of downtown Anchorage, the Hilton Anchorage hotel stands out for its convenience and comfort. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Ted Stevens International Airport, one block from Alaska Railroad Depot and within walking distance of over 100 restaurants. The Hilton Anchorage has an inviting lobby enriched with an extensive Alaska art collection and guest rooms offering magnificent views of the Chugach Mountain Range, Cook Inlet or sweeping Anchorage vistas make this hotel the perfect place to experience all that Alaska has to offer. The friendly staff is ready to welcome WTA attendees!

WTA has contracted a limited number of rooms directly with the Hilton Anchorage. Rooms are already filling up and WTA will not have the opportunity to increase the number of contracted rooms. WTA Group Reservations can be made online at www.hiltonanchorage.com. Under “Add Special Rate Codes” type in WTAFE in the Group Code Field to receive group rates or call in reservations can be made at 1.800.HILTONS and ask for the group rate code for WTA. Cut-off date for the group reservation block, based on availability is July 27, 2022.

WTA Group Rates are $199 (single/double). Be sure to check the hotel’s taxes/fees, parking fees, additional persons charge, early departure fees, cancellation policies when making your reservations. All reservations must be secured with a credit card and accompanied by first night’s deposit. Rates apply only to those registered and attending the WTA Fall Educational Forum. WTA Fall Golf Tournament | Sunday, September 11th

Anchorage, AK

Start & Location: TBD

WTA’s Fall Golf Tournament schedule TBD. A minimum of 60 golfers will be required for a shotgun start. Be sure to check with the WTA Registration Desk prior to the Tournament to verify tee time and teams. Rental clubs are available, info coming soon. Proper attire specifically designed for golf must be worn.

Cost Per Player: $140 by July 1/$150 after July 1 or at-the-door if space is available for $160. Includes greens fee, cart fee, range balls, tournament service, box breakfast. Beverage carts will circulate during the tournament. The conference full/social registration fee is required in addition to your golf fee to participate in the tournament.

Teams: Pairing requests will not be accepted. All associate and member golfers will be divided evenly among all the teams. Spouses will be paired together.

WTA Monday Night Football Tailgate Party | Monday, September 12, 2022

WTA will again host the Monday Night Football Tailgate Party. Attendees will enjoy the game on a large screen along with some amazing food and beverages. A TICKET is REQUIRED for admission and is included in all Full and Social Registrations. Be sure to bring your favorite team jersey to wear!

WTA Foundation Auction | Monday, September 12, 2022

The WTA Foundation will be hosting its annual Fall Fundraiser during the Monday Night Football Tailgate Party. If you would like to make a donation to the auction, please contact kelly@w-t-a.org.

Fall Educational Forum Attire

Resort casual is the dress throughout the Fall Forum unless otherwise noted. Just as a reminder it is difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature for everyone in the meeting rooms. Please bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort. Be sure to bring your favorite team jersey to wear during the Monday Night Tailgate Party.

RUS Meetings Available

Private meetings with RUS representatives from Washington, DC will be scheduled on Monday and Tuesday. WTA invites you to take advantage of these one-on-one meetings. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the RUS information on the Registration Form to schedule your meeting times.
