On November 22, the American Cable Association, WTA, OPASTCO, NTCA, RICA and NRTC sent a letter to FCC Chairman Genachowski highlighting some of the problems the proposed merger of Comcast and NBC Universal poses to small video providers.

Today, WTA issued a press release thanking RUS Administrator Adelstein for a letter he sent to Chairman Genachowski regarding the National Broadband Plan.  The letter can be found here.

WTA, OPASTCO and NTCA issued a press release regarding the FCC’s declaratory ruling on states’ ability to require VOIP providers to contribute to state universal service funds.
