RUS and NTIA have released the applications for the broadband stimulus grants and loan. Please visit BroadbandUSA to download them. The deadline for submissions is 5 PM ET on August 14th. According to RUS and NTIA, an electronic application form will be available by July 31st. Those seeking more than $1 million must use this form.

Below are links to a copy of the NTIA’s BTOP and RUS’ BIP application. Also below is the application for NTIA’s Sustainable Adoption Application and instructions for the BTOP Application. Interactive versions of the applications should appear on the www.broadbandusa.gov website within the next couple days.

On July 1, NTIA and RUS released a Notice of Funds Availability for the first round of broadband stimulus funding. Each agency released a Fact Sheet to accompany the NOFA, which are available below.
You can access the full 121-page NOFA by going to the RUS webpage and scrolling down to “Notice of Funds Availability”.
Also referenced in the NOFA is OMB Memorandum 09-21, Implementing Guidance for the Reports on Use of Funds Pursuent to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. You can find this Memorandum here and a sample reporting data template here.
