WTA joined NECA, OPASTCO, NTCA, and ERTA in filing a response to the FCC’s NPRM proposing to extend the separations freeze to June 2010.  WTA supports extension of the freeze, but proposes the Commission specify the freeze extension will extend for a period not to exceed one year following issuance of Commission orders reforming existing intercarrier compensation and USF support rules.  Click to View
