On August 9th, WTA, NECA, NTCA and OPASTCO filed comments with the FCC stating the associations “do not oppose grant of a waiver to HyperCube for situations where Multi-Frequency signaling technology is used. Any such waiver should be strictly limited in scope and subject to the same limitations and conditions as those the Associations have recommended for prior waiver requests.”
