On July 26th, WTA, NECA, NTCA and OPASTCO filed comments on a request for waiver of the call signaling rules by C Spire Wireless, Corr Wireless, Delta Telephone Co., Franklin Telephone Co, and Telepak Networks. The rural associations “do not oppose grant of a waiver to [these carriers] that is limited to circumstances identified in their petition, provided such waiver is subject to the same limitations and conditions as those the Associations recommended for prior waiver requests.”
